The service

AI Team Blueprint ("we", "us") drafts AI-team proposals from the public website you provide and/or the content of your own Ounie brains, at your direction, and publishes each one to a shareable page. You ("you", "the customer") pay per drafted blueprint at the rate published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only draft from brains your Ounie account can access and from websites whose public pages you are entitled to read. Blueprints are proposals, not commitments by Ounie or the business described — don't present one as a live deployment or as the endorsed plan of a business you don't represent. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — a flat price per drafted blueprint, reserved when drafting starts and fully refunded if we can't produce a real proposal. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

Failed payment

If your Ounie wallet runs out of credits, no new drafts can start, but your existing blueprints and their share pages stay accessible and buying credits restores full functionality. We do not delete user data because of an empty wallet.

Refunds

Failed or too-thin drafts are refunded automatically (the credit reservation is reversed) — you are only charged for blueprints actually produced. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API and dashboard. Blueprint quality depends on the material available; we draft only from the website and brains you point us at and never pad a proposal with invented facts.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
